Wash resin ribbon is one type of durable material designed for printing on wash care labels that made of polyamide nylon taffeta, polyester fabrics satin ribbon, tyvek, iron on label, tpu and others types. Mainly used for garment, shoes, bag, present fields, with high washability and superior resistance to dry cleaning, sweat, heat and waterproof.
Color for choice: amethyst, white, black, red, blue, dark blue, green, yellow, pink, violet, gold, metallic gold, silver, grey brown etc.

Ribbon width should be about 10mm wider than sticker size and narrower than max print width

1. first, put the ribbon on convey spindle, barcode labels on lable roll spindle, especially notice that the ribbon or label must be in the middle of the spindle, and aligned.
2. Be sure that the inking side of ribbon will be contact with labels.
3. Ribbon material must match with label used, otherwise it can't show perfect printing images.
4. Ribbon must be a little bit wider than care labels for the protection of print head.
